Digital BrainVizo also offers a robust Affiliate Program, allowing users to promote our courses and earn commissions. In such cases:

  • If a course purchased through an affiliate link is refunded, the associated affiliate commission will be canceled or reversed.
  • To maintain fairness, all affiliate payouts are held for 30 days from the date of sale, allowing us to honor our refund policy.
  • Affiliates will only receive payouts for confirmed sales after the 30-day refund window has passed.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

To protect the value of our content and platform, refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day refund window.
  • Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed or completed.
  • If our team determines that the course materials were downloaded, shared, or misused.
